Elizabeth Robinson
Elizabeth Robinson founded Waypoint, LLC in 2018 and has over 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Elizabeth graduated in 2015 with her MBA from the University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business and Economics.
Jesse Robinson
Jesse Robinson joined Waypoint in 2018 and has over 20 years of archaeological and ecological field and laboratory experience. Jesse studied at the University of Kentucky and received his B.A. in Anthropology in 2006. He has worked on ecological projects across Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Massachusetts.
Vincent Versluis
Versluis has over 30 years of archaeological field and laboratory experience beginning in 1983 when he was a volunteer on the excavations of prehistoric and historic sites near Allendale, Michigan under the direction of Dr. Richard Flanders. In the years that followed, Versluis has worked on archaeological surveys and excavations in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, Belize, Central America, and western Mexico. Vince graduated with his B.A. in 1988 from Southern Illinois University and received his masters degree in Anthropology from Michigan Statue University in 1994.
Michael Boller
Michael is a biologist with 8 years of experience in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. His areas of expertise include: plant identification, natural channel design planning and mitigation monitoring; macroinvertebrate and fisheries surveys; water quality assessment; bat studies; stream and wetland delineations; and environmental assessment studies. Michael has conducted and managed numerous projects for various industries throughout Kentucky involving Section 404/402/401 permitting; and coordination and consultation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Kentucky Division of Water (KDOW), and other state and federal agencies.
Tom Wilson
Tom is a biologist with over 10 years of experience that joined Waypoint in 2022. He has worked on ecological projects across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio. Tom leads our fish and macroinvertebrate studies and assists with archaeological and mitigation monitoring projects. He holds a Native Threatened Species-Recovery permit through U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, as well as being a licensed UAV pilot.
